Our team is filled with industry experts - but not just experts in Real Estate: we are designers, we are artists, we are photographers, we are communicators & marketers.

And we are excited about every new challenge to come up with innovative approaches to tried & true methods. We don’t try to reinvent to wheel, but we do love finding a new way to make it roll.

  • Each of our listings have at least 10 different custom marketing pieces created, specific to that property. And often we get carried away and create much more than just ten.

    You can expect at a minimum to see a custom landing page for your listing, postcards, newsletters, social media posts, brochures and more.

  • We love furniture, art, decor & beautiful spaces, and complete all of our staging from our library of decor. Often properties will call for specific style pieces, and our team will source the right furniture & decor to bring your space to life.

  • Together, we will identify our target audience and tailor our preparation direction (aka staging and getting your home ready for market), our marketing materials & strategy, and how we communicate about your property to attract the audience we want through the door.

    We try to keep our messaging clear, direct, to the point, while trying to work in a little bit of humor.

  • No matter what we do in preparation to sell your home, you can expect to feel like you’ve hired a project manager to make the experience seamless, so all you need to do is say “yes” or “no.” Our team manages everything from coordinating photographers, trades, small updates and large scale renovations.
