THE WATER

The shoreline here is soft-bottom and gently sloping, which is another way of saying: kids can wade out forever, adults can swim laps without worrying about what's underfoot, and mornings invite a swim before coffee finishes cooling.

Afternoons lean into boating, watersports, and floating. For those who like a rod in hand, Orr Lake is a known bass lake, and plenty of action is waiting just off the dock.

Everything was overhauled in 2017/2018. Roof, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation, flooring. The result is a bright, open-concept space where the south-facing picture window pulls the lake right into the room.
