When it came time to bring the home to market, we made a conscious decision not to strip that identity away. Instead, we curated around it. Nearly all of the original artwork remains in place, layered into the home to highlight its character. The result is a presentation that feels authentic, warm, and completely aligned with the architecture.

The home’s mid-century roots are unmistakable. Functional design, strong sightlines, and a connection between spaces that encourages both entertaining and everyday ease. The newly renovated kitchen, a project we had the opportunity to support from concept through completion, is a standout moment.
