The Potential on North Drive

This is one that felt meant for us.

Like Jordan Davis says, thanks to all the Almost Maybes before it.

And I genuinely didn’t know if we had a chance. But it’s always worth trying.

This buyer and I have been working together for about 6 months, and we have seen so many similar homes in that time. Many homes had a lot of potential, but none hit our must-haves like 5 North Drive did.

When it hit the market, we got in there within a few hours, and tried to grab it that day without success. So we came back on offer night. And we competed against 7 other offers, were not the highest offer and still came out on top. Our strategy was all about showcasing who our buyers were, their goals and connecting with the sellers so they knew they were passing their legacy on to a deserving party. We asked ourselves how we could stand out in a sea of buyers, and based our presentation around our buyers as people. This offer night went passed the eleventh hour, and into the last second, and then beyond. My husband will confirm this one was a nail-biter - right down to the quick.

We came to play, and we won. We. Got. It. Done.

Personally, this one will always be a source of huge pride, for many reasons, but mostly because this is the street I grew up on. My parents still live down the street, and I love that I will be able to be reminded of that every time I visit them. It’s like the cherry on the cake of a good deal.
